1. What is a Grid/Off-Grid PV-ESS-Diesel Microgrid?

A complete grid/off-grid PV-ESS-Diesel microgrid is composed of three major systems working in coordination:

① PV System — PV modules, mounting structure, MPPT controller

② Energy Storage Cabinet — battery packs, BMS, EMS, PCS, STS

③ ATS — when a diesel generator is connected, an ATS cabinet is required

The system follows the multi-source coordination logic of "PV first → ESS peak shaving → grid supplement → diesel backup", supporting free switching between on-grid and off-grid modes. Even if the grid fails or there is no grid at all, the system can keep delivering stable power.

2. Five Hard-Core Highlights of This Product

2.1 Millisecond-Level On/Off-Grid Switching

Through the STS switch, the switching time is less than 20ms, ensuring no load interruption during off-grid switching — ideal for continuous production and critical equipment.

2.2 Long Cycle Life + High Safety

Adopting LFP 314Ah lithium iron phosphate cells, the cycle life reaches 8,000 cycles (0.5P, 25±2°C, @70% SOH); built-in 128-point temperature monitoring and aerosol fire protection deliver multi-level safety redundancy.

2.3 Outdoor Harsh Environment Adaptability

The whole unit features IP54 protection, working temperature -30°C to 55°C (auto-derating above 40°C), intelligent air cooling, and noise level below 70dB — ready for direct outdoor installation.

2.4 Intelligent Remote O&M

Supports 4G / WiFi / Ethernet (TCP/IP) multi-mode networking, paired with an LCD touch screen, enabling remote monitoring and O&M management of equipment status.

2.5 Full Set of Overseas Certifications

Already obtained the full set of qualifications including CE, UN38.3, MSDS, sea freight appraisal, road freight appraisal, and dangerous goods identification report, meeting the transport and on-site requirements of overseas projects.
